COLORFUL FLORAL INSTALLATION

This would be a good time to mention that when we arrived, the truck was parked against an ugly black privacy screen. My heart died a little to think of ALL THAT FLOWER MAGIC wasted on an ugly backdrop.

Have we talked about my LOVE for photography? I thought so.

We confirmed that the truck was not moving, got 75% through the install, and the event organizers decided the truck had to move.

It was 9:30am and 99 billion degrees at this point, but I didn’t even care once I saw where we were moving!

It was like the sky opened and flower-lovin-angels burst into song. (snap by me)

MAGIC MILK BATH

April 9th, 2018

Gorgeous milk bath photography with a blush, lavender, and purple palette.
 
Leftover event flowers + a gorgeous mama-to-be?
Obviously it’s #milkbathmonday.

Not gonna lie, I’m super happy that this is my bathroom.
No guarantees I EVER look this glamorous during bath time though.

But for a total DIY project, aka we could stand in the dirt under our house and *maybe* had to shower in our backyard for 3 months… I LOVE it!

Fun fact: Monday is “officially” my day off.
I strive to look/feel this relaxed on a monday,
but i often end up working.

On the other hand, I’m pretty dang happy I didn’t take the day off.
 
Better together- a purple japanese ranunculus and a peachy rose.
 
You gotta be flexible with yourself to make magic.
